Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Best Tile and Wood. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned in full unopened box quantities within 30 days of purchase date. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted and it is up to the purchaser to pay for freight for the return or to return the product to one of our locations in person.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee on unopened boxes of tile or installation products including grout, thinset, shower pans, panels, etc. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping Damages

Upon receiving shipment please inspect all items. Shipping claims must be received within 48 hours upon delivery. If damage is noticeable at time of delivery please accept the delivery. Refusal of an order will delay the replacement of order due to shipping company policies.

Customer is responsible for any damages to product(s) during transit from customer’s location to our warehouse for returns. Carrier insurance is recommended to cover any costs from damage that may occur during shipping.
